Talk Fusion’s Cedric Penn Achieves Grand Blue Diamond
After a non-stop World Tour this summer, spreading motivation and inspiration at Talk Fusion events in Russia, Japan, and Indonesia, Cedric Penn has reached an esteemed rank that many have sought after: Grand Blue Diamond.
It was almost 5 months to the day since he joined Talk Fusion that Cedric’s new rank became official.
Talk Fusion announced on April 15, 2014 that relationship marketing trailblazer Cedric Penn had become an important part of Talk Fusion’s global team of Associates. It didn’t take long for him to – as he is known to say – “get rolling.”
His exuberant, motivational style proved a perfect match with Talk Fusion’s vision, and Cedric began to climb the ranks even as he spread his inspiration among a growing fan base of Talk Fusion Associates eager to embrace Cedric’s love of life and the industry.
Only 40 days later, Cedric had already ascended to the rank of Diamond. Cedric then climbed an additional three ranks in just two days; a total of four ranks in less than a week, and he was just getting started.
Just days before reaching his new rank of Grand Blue Diamond, Cedric was taking a moment to celebrate his success with the purchase of a brand new yellow and black Corvette, a color choice inspired by his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. Cedric had been a fan of Corvettes ever since his youth.
“Growing up in a small town in Pennsylvania, us kids weren’t exposed to Ferraris and all that,” Cedric said. “The American Dream sports car was the Corvette. It was always an aspiration of mine to have one.”
Throughout his initial 19-year relationship marketing career, Cedric had often celebrated success with the purchase of a new Corvette. But his tragic motorcycle accident in 2008 shattered his dream; while recovering, he was forced to sell his favorite symbol of success.
“I was depressed for a long time. It would take years before I could return to where I was,” said Cedric.
But return he has. The yellow and black Corvette is his first since the accident; although he couldn’t know it at the time, it would become a new symbol of his success at reaching the rank of Grand Blue Diamond.
“It was definitely rewarding,” Cedric began, “I saw it as the beginning of a new era. Talk Fusion provides a gateway for all of us to achieve our dreams and make this the World’s Next Billion-Dollar Brand.”
While Cedric doesn’t normally name his cars, he considered his new Corvette for a moment. “Maybe I’ll call this one ‘Rollin,’” he smiled.

Cedric Penn: Staying True to His Dream
When Blue Diamond Cedric Penn pulled up to the Talk Fusion Corporate Office on Monday, September 15, his spirit and smile were just as vibrant as his shiny, brand-new yellow Corvette. For Cedric, a former Corvette owner as far back as 1998, his new wheels are more than just a sports car–they are a personal symbol of success, reminding him of the struggles he has overcome.
After surviving a traumatic motorcycle accident in December of 2008, Cedric had to rebuild his life from scratch. This required him to make the heartbreaking sacrifice of giving up his beloved red Corvette ZR1. Cedric felt like he had been robbed of a childhood dream.
“Growing up in a small town in Pennsylvania, us kids weren’t exposed to Ferraris and all that,” Cedric said. “The American Dream sports car was the Corvette. It was always an aspiration of mine to have one.”
During his 19-year relationship marketing career, Cedric had enjoyed celebrating his successes by purchasing a series of Corvette models; each was a new shade of red, blue or white. However, after the accident, Cedric’s dream was shattered.
“My Corvette was the first car I had to sell after my accident,” he said. “I had Ferraris, Bentleys, and Mercedes in the past but the Corvette, an American-made car, was always more sentimental to me.”
For someone known for his strong confidence and networking skills, Cedric found it difficult to feel like himself after losing the things he cherished most. He was at a crossroads in his life, but everything changed when he was introduced to Talk Fusion. Talk Fusion not only gave Cedric an opportunity to regain his footing, but the chance to establish a foundation more durable and promising than ever before. Now Cedric travels the globe and shares the Opportunity with thousands of Associates, instilling a passion for dream building. After intense hard work and quickly climbing the ranks at Talk Fusion, Cedric decided to celebrate his success his way, by taking a trip to a car dealership. With the keys to a beautiful yellow Corvette in hand, Cedric had reclaimed his dream–and it was all thanks to Talk Fusion.
“It was definitely rewarding,” Cedric began, “and I saw it as the beginning of a new era. Talk Fusion provides a gateway for all of us to achieve our dreams and make this the World’s Next Billion-Dollar Brand.
“Being the number one Lifestyle Company, people gotta live by us ‘til their dream comes true, no matter what it is,” Cedric continued. “I call that ‘Leading by Example,’ and Founder & CEO Bob Reina does it too. He cranks out a lot for all of us, not only materialistic and lifestyle-based, but being able to donate and give back to the community as well.”
When asked if his car had a nickname, Cedric chuckled and explained that it’s not something he typically does. Then he looked out the window and spotted his black and yellow beauty, a color choice inspired by his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. He smiled, “Maybe I’ll call this one ‘Rollin.’” www.TalkFusion.com/1502162
